The Algarve Discovery is a tourist animation company, with registration number RNAAT 465/2014.

Official language
The official languages for our programs are Portuguese and English. The possibility of using other languages is not precluded.

Clothing
For the accomplishment of our activities we advise the use of comfortable clothing and sports shoes.

Personal possessions
Algarve Discovery is not responsible for loss or theft of personal property, advising clients to ensure adequate protection.
We are not responsible for any damages caused to photographic equipment, mobile phones, filmmakers, we recommend the use of waterproof equipment.

Accessibility
Each activity may have different and specific accessibility conditions depending on whether they are children, pregnant women, people with reduced mobility or other conditions.

Changes
All Activities may be subject to change due to technical, operational or meteorological issues. This management is carried out by Algarve Discovery and in case of not meeting the adequate security conditions to carry out the program, it will be canceled. Changes are not subject to refund.

Claims
Complaints must be made immediately to Algarve Discovery so that it can do everything in its power to ensure the safety or quality of the program and respond to the needs of customers.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellation of reservations we consider the following conditions
– Cancellation up to 15 Days before the tour – 50% refund of the Payment Amount
– Cancellation up to 72 Hours before the tour – Return of 0% of the Amount Paid

Vehicles
The vehicles used in these events have a maximum capacity of 7 passengers, and in exceptional cases the same may be lower, requiring confirmation at the time of reservation.

Accessibility
For reasons of comfort and safety, it is not recommended to take part in any of our tours of people taller than 1.90m, weighing more than 110 kg or pregnant.

Minimum of Participants
The Tours will have a minimum of 4 people to do. This requirement has been amended in exceptional cases.

Schedules
The schedules for an essay on the tours are changed due to technical and logistic reasons.
